The Notebook: The Romantic Movie of Our Time
The Notebook is set in South Carolina, beginning in the present as an old man reads to an old woman in a nursing home. The movie then flashes back to the past where we met Noah and Allie, two young people who fall in love as teenagers. They go through a separation and ultimately 7 years after their first encounter, they reunite and fall back into love. As the movie turns back into the present, we learn that Allie has Alzheimer's and doesn't remember her past with Noah. But before Allie got Alzheimer's, she wrote in a notebook about their lives together so she would remember and come back to him once in a while. Young Noah is played by the hot Ryan Gosling and Allie is played by the talented Rachel McAdams, the older version of Noah and Allie are played by James Garner and Gena Rowlands.
The Notebook is an amazing movie that can truly touch any one's heart. This is my favorite movie of all time because it has romance and hardship, but this movie truly shows everyone if you put in the work, your love will last through anything that comes your way. The Notebook has the greatest love scene that truly made me heart beat faster. The scene is set 7 years after they reunite, they are on the dock in the rain and Allie asked Noah" why didn't you write to me?" Noah says, "I wrote you to every day for a year, I wrote you 365 letters." Allie say, " It wasn't over for me." Then Noah replies," It wasn't over.. It still isn't over!" and then they share the most romantic and passionate kiss I have ever seen.
If you aren't into chick flicks or romantic movies, I would recommend this movie because unlike other chick flicks, this one grabs your heart and touches you like you have never felt before.

Can't really comment on this movie because I slept thru more than half of it.
I've never actually seen it, it might be a little too much for me. But hell, it looks and sounds good.
