That quote from When Harry Met Sally is what makes this story a classic. Harry believe people of opposite-sex can't be friends where Sally believes they can. This theme plays back and forth through out the movie, and of course the theme makes it point. They end up falling for each other at the end of the movie, which is why, and a put it as my link to show, many poeple put it at the top of their list.
