"What is this amateur hour?!"
With the comic hilarity of Will Ferrell, Anchorman takes the cake for my top movie pick. What other film could pull off the shameless entertainment of a dog being punted by Jack Black or a random war of newsmen with tridents and grenades? Ron Burgundy, played by Will Ferrell, is a top anchorman of his time. His mustache is loved by all of San Diego. His interests include his dog, Baxter, women's heinies, and a nice glass of scotch- what more could a man have? The movie entails the rise of Ron's career, his fall to a deadbeat, and his rise again. Simple. With his dysfunctional coworkers at his side, the low comedy film is heightened through its random obscenities. This quotable film had all audiences laughing for months. Anchorman also raised the career of Steve Carell, whose Brick Tamland movie clips are linked to this post. Anchorman hands down gets two thumbs up from me.

Oh my God, "Anchorman" is literally one of the funniest movies I have ever seen!
The directors of all of those films are hysterical.
