"Trainspotting" is by far one of my all-time favorite "psychological" thrillers. Technically, it would not be considered a psychological thriller, but honestly you should be on drugs while watching it. (Not implying that you should be taking drugs, but you get the point.)
The whole synapses of the film is based around the life of a heroin addict named Mark Renton, who is played by the gorgeous Ewan McGregor. Renton's struggle through his addiction is one of the most dramatic and yet most hilarious situations. Being surrounded by friends who are also drug dealers, Renton's life is filled with crazy metaphors and psychedelic visions.
In my opinion, "Trainspotting" is definitely a classic. It is one of those movies that you need to figure out the meaning for yourself. If anybody wishes to borrow it, just comment!
*Disclaimer: Any punctuation errors are completely unintentional, it is almost my bed time.
Testing: Hopefully the video shows. If not, blame YouTube!

Video shows up well. I like Trainspotting, but the diseased baby scenes freak me out a little.
I agree. Although he is hallucinating from drug relapse.
