Scoring Bourne

The article is just comenting on the score of "Bourne Identity." The author seems to enjoy the soundtrack very much and urges the public or who ever happens to reads his thing to buy the soundtrack. He compares it to other scores for movies in the same genre and thinks that it is very different and very well done. He put a sample at the bottom of the page, it's called "Treadstone Assasins" and this the "...cue used to accent the resolve of CIA’s experimental squad of hit men."
This brings a question to mind, does the score of a film really help the film flow?
