The Good Shepard

The Good Shepard, released in 2006, is the story of the creation of the CIA through one man's point of view. Starting during World War II with working for the OSS, a secret intelligence agency for the British in London. But with the Germans out of the picture and the soviets now posing a threat, the US turns the OSS into the CIA. And with the transition Edward Wilson follows along. But what he doesn't realize is what it will cost him to stick with it. An unhappy marriage, and the terrible fate of his son are only a few of the costs. But this movie shows what it took to set up such a big agency that we know today helps us all over the world.
